At the former United Way office building at 50 Wayne, Pontiac MI in 2012 we popped up this amazing art gallery in 24 hours for the Woodward Dream Cruise. It was ahead of its time for Pontiac and would later be repeated successfully by The Art Crawls and The Allery Project. But even in the early days of our adventures in Urban renewal we could see that art and artist were the center of the wheel for bringing the kind of energy a downtown needs to rebound.
